How many bundles do I need?

The number of bundles vary based on lengths and personal preference.

• For lengths 12"-16": We recommend 2 or more bundles.
• For lengths 18"-24": We recommend 3 or more bundles.

What is the lifespan of the hair?

• Virgin hair can last 2–3 years or more with proper care.

• It withstands heat styling, dyeing, and washing much better than synthetic or non-virgin hair.

Can I color or dye the hair?

• Yes, our hair products can be safely colored or dyed!
• We strongly recommend having any chemical treatments—such as bleaching, dyeing, or toning—done by a licensed professional hairstylist. This ensures the best results and helps preserve the quality, strength, and longevity of the hair.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All packages will be shipped through USPS.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Once orders have been processed, orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed on the next business. Please note that once your order has been shipped, any tracking questions can be answered at USPS.com. A tracking number will be provided within 24-48 hours.

As soon as your order ships, an email confirmation will be sent to the email that was provided with your order.

Can I return/exchange my item?

• We understand that ordering online is not easy. We want to make sure you enjoy your online experience.
• We will not be doing returns or exchanges at this time.
